Refund Policy (Full Refund within 7 Days)

We want you to be confident about your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we offer a 100% refund within 7 days of purchase—simple and transparent.
1) Who does this apply to?
This policy applies to all digital courses, lessons, tests, bundles, and memberships purchased on yocaz.com (“Yocaz”).
2) 7-Day Full Refund Window
- You may request a full refund within 7 days from the date/time of purchase (as per the payment receipt).
- No questions asked — we will gladly refund your full paid amount.
- After the 7-day window, refunds are generally not available (see “Exceptions” below).
3) Eligibility & fair use
- Purchases made directly on yocaz.com with supported payment methods.
- One refund per order. Repeated refunds on multiple purchases may be refused to prevent misuse.
- We may require basic account/payment verification to protect users against fraud.
4) Exceptions (Refunds allowed any time)
- Duplicate payment for the same order.
- Payment captured but access not granted to the purchased content.
- Proven unauthorized transaction/fraud (bank/gateway proof may be required).
- Course withdrawn by Yocaz without a suitable alternative.
5) What’s not refundable (after 7 days)
- Orders older than 7 days that don’t meet an “Exception”.
- Certificates/attempt credits already issued/consumed.
- Fees/charges Levied by the payment gateway or bank (unless the issue was caused by gateway error).

Processing time: Approved refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
7) Cancellations
As our products are digital, access is typically instant. You can cancel future renewals (if subscriptions are introduced later) any time before the next billing date. No pro-rata refunds for the current period.
